Street Food

In 2010, Vancouver saw its first gourmet food trucks hit the scene; 17 applicants were randomly drawn, giving the people tacos, baking, dim sum, pizza, and barbecue, all on wheels. The program fed our insatiable appetite for diversity of palate and place; and there are now there are over 100 fully operational food trucks cooking up almost any kind of meal and treat you can imagine. Grab a bite and have seat on the street for some prime people-watching.
