The holidays are around the corner, so here’s a list of markets where you can buy those tasty stocking fillers and have a holly jolly ole’ time browsing stalls that’ll get you into the Christmas spirit!

Japan Market
There will be 90+ Japanese vendors featured in this Downtown Market, including the oh-so-yummy True Nosh Company, Hangry Unicorn Snacks and Neko Fresh Store sweets.
Bring your appetite and enough room to pack as many treats as possible- for yourself and as gifts!

UBC Robson Square (inside of UBC Downtown Campus). A 5 minute walk from Vancouver City Centre sky train station.
Christmas Market at Lulu Island Winery
Mulled wine, live music (we bet it’s Christmas carols!), and a total of 40+ stalls- including Coffee Craze Company’s ethically sourced, rich dark and medium roasted bundles, with a bunch of food trucks too. It doesn’t get any merrier than this!
10th-11th of December, 12pm – 5pm. Free admission.
16880 Westminster Hwy, Richmond. Grab the Canada line to Bridgeport Station and the 410 bus, hopping off at Cambie Rd @ Garden City Rd.
New Westminster Holiday Market
The Holiday Market returns for its 3rd season, an outdoor galore of local and artisan food booths which is a family-friendly and wheelchair accessible event.
10th-11th of December, 10am – 4pm. Entrance is a suggested $5 donation that will be split with the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, learn more here.
Tipperary Park, 315 Queens Ave, New Westminster – by City Hall. A short walk from Columbia sky train station.
Tsleil Waututuh Nation Fair
The Tsleil Waututuh 20th Annual Christmas Fair will have a range of delicious Indigenous food, arts and crafts stalls!
3rd-4th of December, 10am – 5pm. Free admission.
TWN Community Centre, 3010 Sleil Waututh Rd, North Vancouver. Grab the sea bus to Lonsdale Quay and the R2 and 211/212 buses to reach Mt Seymour Parkway @ Tollcross Rd. It’s a short walk from there.
Coquitlam Night Market
For all the nightcrawlers out there, this market’s for you! A family friendly event hosted by Betty Bakes, and with vendors including Chow On Kettle Corn- you’re in good hands! It’s also right by the beautiful Lafarge Lake where you can walk the loop for the Christmas lights.
2nd of December, 4pm -9pm and the 3rd of December, 5pm – 9 pm. $2 admission for adults, 16 and under are free. Partial proceeds donated to children’s hospital, learn more here.

Surrey Christmas Market
Expect door prizes and community vendors, including Epicure’s fresh and healthy eats and Sipology By Steep Tea’s holiday exclusive lattes, hot chocolates and wellness teas.
11th of December and the 18th of December, 11am – 4pm. Free admission.
6306 152 St, Sullivan Hall, Surrey. Get the Millennial line to Surrey Central station, then hop on the 335 bus. Roughly a 20 minute walk from there to the destination.
Venezuelan Christmas Bazaar
This cultural market supports Venezuelan artists and food entrepreneurs (sponsored by Arka Fine Foods!). Live music will start at 11:30 am too, so get there on time to enjoy the tunes.
11th of December 10am – 5pm. Admission is by donation, suggested $5. All donations to help Venezuelans in need, learn more here.
3760 Sperling Ave, Burnaby Lake Rugby Club. Get the sky train to Sperling-Burnaby Lake station. Then it’s a 20 minute walk to your destination.
White Rock Christmas Pop-Up Shop
All the goodies you’re looking for are here, including handcrafted soaps, artwork and food bundles with Sue’s Scrumptious Cookies in the mix!
Running from now until the 22nd of December. Free admission.
14970 Marine Drive, White Rock Museum. Get the Canada Line to Bridgeport station, then hop on the 351 bus, getting off at 16 Ave @ Martin Dr. A 15 minute walk from there to the museum.
Langley Holiday Artisan Market
Langley Arts Council first Holiday Market, with a beer garden and a list of vendors that don’t disappoint! Brine and Berry’s homemade marmalades and Chef Cuterie’s smoked meats are recommended for add-ons to an epic Christmas dinner.
3rd of December, 12pm – 8pm and the 4th of December, 10am – 4pm. Free admission.
Timms Community Centre, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley. Get the sky train to King George station and then the 502 bus, getting off at 203 St @ Fraser Hwy. It’s a 5 minute walk from there.
Christmas Craft Fair and Artisan Market
A 2 day market with 25 local craft, artisan and food businesses, and food trucks to stave off the hunger while walking around- Just Bite Me’s Italian pizza and Dutchlicious’ fries and meatballs will be waiting for you!
3rd – 4th of December, 9am – 3pm. Free admission.
Fenridge Community Hall, 2426 200 St, Langley. Hop. on the sky train to Surrey Central, then grab the 502 bus from Langley Centre and 563 bus to Fenridge – get off at 200 St @ 24 Ave!
