Charcuterie, cheese and veggie boards have seen a sharp spike in popularity thanks to the recent abundance of board-focused cookbooks hitting the market. Stock & Supply’s dazzling array is certain to rack up your Instagram likes, with rich colours and flavourful combinations taking centre stage – better still, you can design your own to ensure the board holds all of your favourites. The brunch boards are particularly appealing with sizeable portions catering to all palates, including a board for vegetarians. The Garden Board is a lovely assortment of cauliflower fritter, toasted quinoa tabbouleh, spiced beets, cilantro raita and toasted flatbread. One that will delight carnivores,The Ploughman, is a bold collection of smoked pork scotch egg and beer mustard, fennel salami, cold smoked duck breast, fig and sweet onion jam, and toasted baguette.
Diners who prefer their food plated (come on, live a little!) will also find a meal to suit with a refreshing diversity of options like alder-smoked corn chowder, crab fritters, cauliflower kofta bowl and the house burger. Liquid sustenance includes house-made Negronis on tap and handcrafted classic and original cocktails, as well as a fine selection of local spirits and aperitifs.
The dining space itself is an ever-changing aesthetic. A partnership with the Vancouver Art Gallery ensures displayed artwork is refreshed throughout the year, and every piece is available for purchase.
