Head to Granville Island as we celebrate the final harvest at our last Farmers Market of the season with the 9th Annual Fall Festival. With activities for the kids, food demonstrations, and of course, the wonderful local foods and artistic products that are always at the weekly Farmers Market. And that’s not all; we’re also asking for submissions for the 9th Annual Pie Contest – they can be savoury or sweet, or if you’re more of a crafter than a baker, you can also enter non-edible pies in the Artistic Pie category. Prizes will be awarded for the top three, as well as one prize for the best artistic one. The Festival starts at 10am and runs until 3pm; pies can be dropped off between 10am and 12pm. Once they’ve been tasted and judged, they’ll be available for the public to sample!
