To celebrate St Patricks Day our chef a student of Dublin College teaches us the classics of soda bread, leek soup and irish stew.

This one of a kind cooking class explores some classic Irish fayre.
We will head straight in with Leek and Potato Soup, students will take part in all aspects of this class.
Second, we’ll all make soda bread, and bake it in house,
Next is boxty the irish potato pancakes with smoked salmon.
FInally Irish stew with chunks of lamb (can sub beef) potato carrot and barley.
A wonderful and fun class this partially hands on class is a must for those who want to up their St Patricks Day food game.
