Versatility is a large part of Vietnamese cooking and cook and Vancouver Director of the Canada Vietnam Society, Kim Dinh will show you three dishes that can be adapted in a myriad of ways. Learn to make “Gỏi gà” a chicken cabbage salad dish, on rice soup. This dish can also be made with duck and other vegetables. Fresh herbs are an important part of Vietnamese cooking and reflect the climate and the brilliant balance that Vietnam dishes strive for. Join us to learn about the food, stories behind it and share an evening of connection with community in our first Feasts of Coquitlam event.
