We will be hosting our first ever Pop-up Dinner Event at the Collingwood Neighbourhood House Annex, which is located about an 8min walk away from Joyce station. Free Parking is also available at the parking garage.
This event is a casual dinner with awesome food.
1st Course: Housemade Red Fife Bread with Caramelized Onion Butter
2nd Course: Roasted Beets, Orange, Spiced Walnuts, Feta, Dill and Whipped Yogurt
3rd Course: Coriander-dusted Seared Albacore Tuna, Fennel Slaw with Charred Citrus Vinaigrette, Baby Potatoes, Brussel Sprout and Tomato Beurre Blanc
4th Course: Duck Breast, Duck Leg Croquette, Barley, Pan-seared King Trumpet Mushroom, Carrots, Pea Tendrils, Squash purée and Port Jus
5th Course: Vanilla Creme Caramel, Genoise, Mixed Berry Compote and Browned Butter Crumble
