We are going global again! We’ve reached out to our friends in the global culinary community and have invited them to Vancouver. The result? Five of the world’s culinary best join us for a series of delicious collaborations with our own city’s top talent.
Heritage Asian Eatery Executive Chef and Owner Felix Zhou reunites with friend and former chef mentor Warren Geraghty of Rhubarb Hospitality Group (UK). The two accomplished culinary stars first met working on the line at Vancouver’s acclaimed West Restaurant and later teamed up again across the pond at Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin La Chapelle in London. During this one-night-only event, Zhou and Geraghty will work in tandem to prepare an internationally inspired multi-course tasting menu that showcases their respective global experiences.
This is an exciting addition to our World Chef Exchange series, as Felix was our very first Chef Exchange participant in 2015. Through the exchange, Felix travelled to Brighton & Hove Food & Wine Festival, which also lead to a pop-up lunch in London where he worked closely with Warren to create a memorable dining experience.
