Named one of Vancouver’s best locally-owned restaurants, WildTale, and it’s Executive Chef Francisco Higareda, are excited to welcome famed Chef Guillermo González Beristáin from Monterrey, Mexico, winner of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants. This once-in-a-lifetime collaboration dinner will include a multi-course menu that celebrates the bounty of land and sea, with a twist. Each perfectly prepared course will be paired alongside tequilas, mezcals, and local & international wines. This dinner is not to be missed.
