March 2026 Foodie Events in Metro Vancouver - West Coast Food

Here comes Spring! And with it, a spectacular bouquet of foodie events throughout Metro Vancouver. Miss Dine Out? Check out similar events in Burnaby and the Tri-Cities this month. This annual food and drink festival highlights over 95 amazing eateries in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. Every year they brighten up March with amazing deals, from pizzerias to coffee houses to craft breweries.

Bite of Burnaby | Burnaby

A foodie favourite since 2021, this annual dining event just keeps getting bigger and better. Throughout March, local standout eateries and hidden gems alike offer special menus and deals—from $10 to $60—to cater to all tastes and budgets. More than a festival, Bite of Burnaby is a celebration of the city’s rich cultural makeup, showcasing cuisines from around the world.

Vancouver International Wine Fest | Vancouver

March 7 – 14, 2026

The Vancouver International Wine Festival is one of Canada’s premiere wine events, offering something for every level of wine enthusiast, collector and trade professional. Last year, the festival featured 120 wineries from 15 countries, and we can expect even more oenophilic delights this year with a showcase on wines from France.. The heart of the event is the International Festival Tastings at the Vancouver Convention Centre, where the public can choose from close to 700 wines at four International Festival Tastings.

A Spring market from popular local upstarts Mainland Markets features unique handmade goods from over 30 carefully chosen artisan vendors at Potters Nursery and Garden Centre. Of course, there will be plenty of food trucks on site to fuel your shopping day, plus exciting giveaways.

Paint, Sip & More | Burnaby

Make it a proper night out at Oliver Twist Pub & Grill with drinks, bites, and a little creativity on the side. Paint & Chill is hosting a laid-back paint night where you’ll sip and snack while you paint “Mountain Valley Flowers.” No experience needed, and all supplies are included. You’ll leave with a 16″ x 20″ canvas and a finished piece, plus that post-pub glow that says “we did something fun tonight.”
