Michelin Guide adds 10 new Vancouver restaurants - West Coast Food

The Michelin Guide is getting ready to reveal its full list of starred and recommended dining spots around Vancouver this fall, but in a sneak peek of what’s to come they just dropped a 10 new additions to the Vancouver listings on Thursday July 13th, 2023.

Archer

In the heart of downtown among a row of designer stores, contemporary Canadian cuisine shines at Archer with a menu celebrating West Coast ingredients like fresh sablefish and crab.

Bao Bei

At the edge of Chinatown, this one-of-a kind Chinese brasserie serves up inventive and whimsical twists on Chinese classics with a lot of fun and flavour.
