Coquitlam is home to a host of culinary gems, as well as Metro Vancouver’s largest free outdoor winter lights display. Starting November 24th, 2023 over 100,000 holiday lights and festive displays decorate Coquitlam’s Lafarge Lake as part of Lights at Lafarge, dazzling and bright against the dark winter skies.  Running until February 2024, Lights at Lafarge is over a kilometre walk of bright lights, including illuminated archways and familiar Christmas characters.
