The Taste of Barbados is back and better than ever!
Experience authentic Barbadian food, drinks, music, and culture. Barbadian food includes dishes like macaroni pie, souse (pickled pork and steamed sweet potato), cou cou (made with cornmeal and similar to grits) and fish cakes.
The Taste of Barbados is hosted by the Barbados Cultural Association of BC. Admission is free, with food and drinks available for purchase.
