For the fresh fruit tea fans, you won’t mind handing over the money to Money Tea. Take the Expo Line SkyTrain to Patterson Station and make your way on foot to Crystal Mall to order one of their refreshing specialties, like Lychee Green Tea with jelly boba, or Rose Strawberry Soda.
Crystal Mall is the largest Asian shopping centre in Burnaby with a focus on Chinese products in particular, so once you’ve got your drink in hand take some time to peruse the 200+ shops. You’ll be amazed at some of the rare finds within.

Serving classic brewed teas, fruit teas and milk teas, the menu item that sets Wushiland Boba apart is their sorbetto drinks–that’s right, you can order a scoop of sorbet on top of your tea. Located conveniently in Metropolis at Metrotown, you can hop off the Expo Line at Metrotown Station and walk.
At 400 shops plus a movie theatre, Metropolis at Metrotown is the largest shopping centre in Burnaby. Why not catch a movie and treat yourself to bubble after, or walk and shop with your drink.

Step off the SkyTrain at Royal Oak Station and treat yourself to a bubble tea and a waffle or specialty dessert at Ki Dessert Cafe. They carry classic milk tea flavours and a few out of this world combos of their own–like the galaxy tea, made with a lychee blueberry base and mango star jelly. Pair your bubble tea with a matcha-choco waffle or check out their savoury menu items like the okonomiyaki waffle (a traditional Japanese street food.)

If you’re looking for something more substantial than tea to-go, pair your drink with a BLT or Belgian waffle at Tealips Cafe. A great little spot to meet a friend for lunch or dessert, their food menu features a selection of hearty traditional sandwiches, decadent waffles and Bingsoo (a Korean-style flavoured shaved ice dessert layered with fresh ingredients–if you haven’t tried it before, treat yourself!) Located just over ten minutes by foot from Edmonds Station.

XIng Fu Tang’s signature flavours include Brown Sugar Pearl Milk and Grapefruit Green Tea.
And as a nice sustainable touch, they proudly support local dairy producers. You can find it on foot walking about 7 minutes from King George Station.

Connect from the Expo Line at King George Station and hop off the R1 RapidBus at Guildford Exchange and Guildford Town Centre is a six minute walk.

Ride the Expo Line to King George Station and take the R1 RapidBus to Guildford Exchange in Surrey to try Coco Fresh Tea and Juice in Guildford Centre. Taro slush with pearls and Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Milk Tea are a couple of Coco’s house specialties. Guildford Town Centre is a six minute walk from Guildford Exchange.
