INGREDIENTS
Queensborough Gin (1.5 ounces)
Vermouth (0.5 ounce)
Maple syrup (1 ounce)
Aromatic bitters (3 dashes)
Mint leaves (3)
Ginger ale
DIRECTIONS
- Shake gin, vermouth, maple syrup, bitters, and mint together.
- Double strain and serve into a balloon glass
- Top up with ginger ale
