RECIPE Ingredients 1.5 oz Copperpenny Gin No. 005 1oz Copperpenny Provence syrup 120 ml Fever-Tree premium Indian tonic Pink peppercorns Spring of lavender Grapefruit Edible flower (for garnish) Instructions Add the gin and syrup to a balloon glass Stir well, fill with ice and top with Fever Tree tonic Garnish and enjoy The Provence Syrup is made in-house by Copperpenny with fresh grapefruit, French lavender and sweetened with pure cane sugar.
